Opportunity/Responsibility

We are looking for a Director of QA Engineering to lead our Quality teams for our innovative multi-tenant financial SaaS product that comprises cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies. The person will be responsible for quality metrics and releases in a fast, two-week cycle; for measuring product quality and contributing to continual improvement. They will ensure the performance and scalability requirement meets enterprise quality standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing quality and teams responsible for quality for a large-scale SaaS, multi-cloud application
• Experience testing and insuring quality for ML/AI/NLP based applications
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA for defect tracking, bugs reporting, and escalations and its application in agile development releases
• Well-versed in continuous integration tools
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-moving environment interacting with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Self-motivated and have attention to detail
• Experience in taking ownership, and driving problem resolution from end to end
• Prior work experience in an early-stage startup company
